Children's Christian Education

Our Children's Christian Education classes meet every Sunday at 9:15.  Please contact us to find out more about the classes listed below.

2- and 3-Year-Olds Two- to Three-year-olds meet in the church nursery.  The children have a Bible-based lesson to introduce them to basic Christian concepts and stories followed by an age-appropriate craft to reinforce what they've learned.
Pre-K and Kindergarten Bible Stories touch us, getting us to care about characters, ideas, and even places; teaching us, introducing us to new places, people and experiences.  Bible Stories help us to look within ourselves.  Bible Stories bring a unique and different experience as children "hear" the Bible in their own way and form their own Biblical foundation.
First Through Third Grades Age-appropriate Bible and mission-based educational experience.  Both internet and curriculum resources are utilized and crafts and games are integrated into the classroom experience.
Fourth through Sixth Grades David C. Cook Bible-in-Life.  Sunday school curriculum dedicated to teaching the Word of God, and growing disciples who are willing to live for Jesus at Home, at school, and at play. Every lesson links to the previous week's lesson, encouraging accountability. Age-appropriate home ties including letters to parents; reminder crafts and sheets; daily devotions.  Issues are treated as they come up in biblical coverage.  Freedom is encouraged for students to make personal and social-action decisions that honor God.
Junior High and Senior High The Essential 100 Challenge™ This year we will begin a Bible reading program built around 100 carefully selected short Bible passages — 50 from the Old Testament and 50 from the New Testament. The goal is for the students to get the big picture of God's Word and in the process develop a daily Bible reading habit.
